1.0 Offer Overview

1.1 Customers who order and take delivery of their vehicle from 8th February 2025 will have the order processing fee waived.

1.2 Orders placed before 8th February 2025 will not be eligible. Cancellations to re-order vehicles will not be eligible to receive this offer.

1.3 This offer is only valid on eligible vehicles purchased directly through Motorfinity Group Ltd.

2.0 Eligibility Criteria

2.1 The offer applies to retail customers purchasing a new vehicle.

2.2 Customers must place an order and complete full payment within the promotional period.

2.3 Vehicle delivery must be scheduled and completed between 8th and 28th February 2025.

3.0 Order Processing Fee

3.1 The standard order processing fee of £250 is waived for eligible customers under this promotion.

4.0 Exclusions

4.1 The offer is not applicable to lease agreements.

4.2 Fleet, trade, or business customers are excluded from this promotion.

4.3 Employees, affiliates and representatives of Motorfinity Group Ltd or its partners are not eligible to participate.

5.0 Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 If a customer cancels their order, the discount is void, and standard cancellation policies apply.

5.2 In cases where a refund is issued, the refund amount will exclude the applied discount.

5.3 If the customer requests to reschedule delivery outside of February 2025, the £250 processing fee will become payable.

6.0 General Terms

6.1 This offer is subject to vehicle availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

6.2 No cash alternative is available.

6.3 Motorfinity Group Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at its discretion.
