Motorfinity Fuel Voucher Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the Motorfinity Fuel Voucher Prize Draw, hosted and promoted by Motorfinity for Blue Light Card holders.

1. Promoter

The Prize Draw is hosted and promoted by Motorfinity Group Ltd, located at Northgate Terrace, Northern Road, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG24 2EU, for Blue Light Card holders.

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK-based residents aged 18 or over only.
• Entrants must hold a valid Blue Light Card and be able to provide proof of eligibility upon request.

3. Entry Requirements

• All Blue Light Card members who place an order with Motorfinity between February 1st and February 28th, 2025 (Prize Draw Period) will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
• You can opt out of the Prize Draw by sending an opt-out request to: [email protected] and include your full name and the email used to place an order with Motorfinity.
• Participation is entirely voluntary, and entrants may decline the prize if they wish.
• If an order is cancelled, you will be removed from the prize draw and notified via email and your account manager.
• If an order is cancelled after winning a fuel voucher, your fuel voucher will be automatically forfeited.

4. Entry Method

Eligible entrants will be automatically entered into the prize draw after placing an order with Motorfinity during the Prize Draw Period.

5. Exclusions

Employees, affiliates, and representatives of Motorfinity or its partners are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.

6. Multiple Entries

Only one entry per person is permitted.

7. Third-Party Entries

Entries submitted on behalf of another individual will not be accepted.

8. Prizes and Prize Restrictions

• 1st Place: £1,000 fuel voucher
• 2nd Place: £500 fuel voucher
• 3rd Place: £250 fuel voucher

The Prize Draw prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be resold.

9. Winner Announcement

• Winners will be notified on March 10th, 2025 via direct contact (e.g., email or phone).
• Winners must respond via email to confirm acceptance of their prize.

10. Claim Period

• Winners must claim their prize within 10 working days of being notified.
• Failure to claim within the timeframe will result in the prize being reallocated through a redraw.

11. Prize Fulfilment

Fuel vouchers will be issued 28 days after the delivery of the winner’s new vehicle.

12. Data Use

• Entrants' data will only be used for administering the Prize Draw.
• Winners' names and non-sensitive details (e.g., vehicle make/model and savings amount) may be used for prize fulfilment and promotional purposes.

13. Social Media Disclosure

Motorfinity reserves the right to announce the winners on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram. Details shared may include the winner’s first name, vehicle make and model, and the amount saved via Blue Light Card.

14. Media Usage

• Motorfinity reserves the right to request and use images of winners with their new vehicle and fuel card for promotional purposes.
• These images and details may be used across multiple channels, including but not limited to newsletters, partner marketing, editorials, printed publications, and video campaigns.

15. Winner Selection

Winners will be randomly selected by a computer from all valid entries received during the Prize Draw Period.

16. Prize Draw Changes

Motorfinity reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw at any time, should circumstances beyond its control arise.

17. Promoter Responsibility

Motorfinity Group Ltd is the sole promoter of this Prize Draw. Featured car manufacturers are not associated with the promotion and bear no responsibility for its execution.

18. Liability Release

By entering the Prize Draw, participants release Motorfinity and its promotional partners, including social media platforms, from any liability arising from participation in the Prize Draw.

19. Agreement

Participation in the Prize Draw and acceptance of a prize constitute full agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

February 2025 Stock £250 off Offer Terms & Conditions

1.0 Offer Overview

1.1 Customers who order and take delivery of their vehicle from 8th February 2025 will have the order processing fee waived.

1.2 Orders placed before 8th February 2025 will not be eligible. Cancellations to re-order vehicles will not be eligible to receive this offer.

1.3 This offer is only valid on eligible vehicles purchased directly through Motorfinity Group Ltd.

2.0 Eligibility Criteria

2.1 The offer applies to retail customers purchasing a new vehicle.

2.2 Customers must place an order and complete full payment within the promotional period.

2.3 Vehicle delivery must be scheduled and completed between 8th and 28th February 2025.

3.0 Order Processing Fee

3.1 The standard order processing fee of £250 is waived for eligible customers under this promotion.

4.0 Exclusions

4.1 The offer is not applicable to lease agreements.

4.2 Fleet, trade, or business customers are excluded from this promotion.

4.3 Employees, affiliates and representatives of Motorfinity Group Ltd or its partners are not eligible to participate.

5.0 Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 If a customer cancels their order, the discount is void, and standard cancellation policies apply.

5.2 In cases where a refund is issued, the refund amount will exclude the applied discount.

5.3 If the customer requests to reschedule delivery outside of February 2025, the £250 processing fee will become payable.

6.0 General Terms

6.1 This offer is subject to vehicle availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

6.2 No cash alternative is available.

6.3 Motorfinity Group Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at its discretion.
