We are now looking for our next Sales Executive. With a strong background in the car sales industry, you’ll have an outstanding way with people and prioritise customer care above all else.
This is an office-based role and is the starting point of our customers car leasing journey. Following up live leads, you will develop a rapport with customers, advising and guiding them on the ideal vehicle for them to lease, always ensuring compliance at every step of the way.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Following up leads, calling and speaking to customers, advising on car specifications, models and pricing. Managing expectations in terms of dates and delivery and managing finance applications and part exchanges as necessary.
• Closing sales through negation and overcoming objections to meet monthly sales targets whilst ensuring customer care and service is prioritised.
• Answer incoming calls and pass over to relevant department as needed.
• Ensuring EMS is updated regularly with information as required and all paperwork is recorded before order is processed. Check all data accuracy in orders, escalating any issues as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service ensuring customers have a full understanding on the status of their order and any changes.
• Maintain customer order packs, administrative and compliance systems with up-to-date information
• Liaise with external parties and other departments as needed in a professional and courteous manner, passing on any relevant information as necessary to customers and other teams.
• Ensuring all follow up processes are followed and recorded appropriately.
• Communicate feedback from customers internally to management.
• Ensure compliance in all FCA guidance and accreditation.
About You
• Previous customer experience in a sales role within the motor industry
• Passionate about sales and exceeding targets
• You’ll be highly motivated and have a meticulous attention to detail
• Quick to establish rapport and trust with customers

• Driven and motivated to solve problems and provide a high level service
• An exceptional communicator and highly organised with the ability to form relationships and build rapport with people quickly

• Great team player, willing to support and assist your sales colleagues.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable using CRM’s and the complete Microsoft suite but especially Outlook, Word and Excel. You’ll have a natural ability to communicate with a broad range of people and to negotiate and influence people. Previous motor industry sales experience is advantageous.
The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm and Saturdays 10.00am - 2.00pm as required.
