Sales Executive (Account Manager)

We are looking for individuals who can thrive in a challenging role where customer care always comes first.

You will take the time to talk to people & build a genuine rapport to identify exactly what your customer needs turning opportunities into business, meeting sales volume targets and maximising profit opportunities with each sale. You will be office based and involved in telephone prospecting new and existing customers – all enquiries/sales handled from a distance and not face-to-face.

• Customer Satisfaction: You will build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed our customer’s expectations, whilst providing a service-based experience. In essence, you will ensure that our customers buying experience is industry leading.

• Maximising Opportunities: Through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, and email/web enquiries you will be developing customer relationships through qualification and creating an effective first impression. Closing sales by overcoming objections, negotiation, etc.

• Maximising Profit: By following the sales process and achieving the monthly KPI’s for unit sales, profit per unit and add-on products.

• Data Quality: You will accurately and vigorously collect all customer contact and vehicle data in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database, complying with data GDPR regulations.

• Compliance: Working to the highest standards of FCA requirements, you will maintain accurate records and paperwork, treating the customer fairly and adhering to the core FCA principles.

• Sales Admin: You will complete sales paperwork and contracts, ensuring sales admin is faultless and doesn’t let down any of the overall standards of process.

• Follow-up: Follow-up processes and procedures to be followed.


• A well-presented sincere, punctual, compassionate individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed.

• Previous motor industry sales experience is a distinct advantage.

• Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy, and talent.

• The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.

• You will possess a valid UK driving licence.

• The ability to work between 09.00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 10:00 till 14:00.
