Sales and Finance Coordinator (Sales Administrator)
THE ROLE:
As an integral part of our delivery team, you will take over the customer journey from the point of sale. You will provide updates, book deliveries and deal with dealerships and our Blue Light customers daily. Your passion and ability to build relationships is paramount. As a new member to the team, you must be self-motivated and willing to go over and above for both your team and clients.
ABOUT YOU:
• You have experience with MS Office (email, Word & Excel)
• You will be extremely organised
• You can electronically process order packs
• A team player, you possess a high level of dedication
• You can work under strict deadlines
• You have a great sense of humour
• Your working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with 1 hour for lunch
DUTIES AND KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Contact customers to update them on the progress of their order
• Manage your own diary
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally reporting to management
• Liaise with the dealership to ensure timely deliveries
• Gain a Financial Conduct Authority accreditation
